We never manufacture the truth.
Site Lift will never lie, exaggerate or make an unsubstantiated claim merely to increase clicks. Specific, credible truth is more persuasive than inflated language.
About Site Lift Method™
Site Lift Method™ exists to close the distance between the expertise inside your business and the person who needs to recognise, trust and choose it.
We bring strategic messaging, ethical conversion thinking and an eye for the complete client journey to therapists, coaches, consultants, wellness professionals and purpose-led wellness brands.
Before Site Lift
I began copywriting while studying Communication and Media Studies at Kenyatta University. It was how I paid my tuition, supported myself and made it through campus. I did not enter the work through a polished career plan. I entered because I needed to survive, then discovered that I was genuinely good at it.
Those four years forced me to learn quickly. By graduation, I had built enough skill to move into agency work and continue growing as a copywriter and content strategist.
Over almost eight years, I worked mainly on website content, promotional emails and advertising. During the final two years before Site Lift, I worked with Dingus and Zazzy, an established Canadian digital marketing agency.
The turning point
Agency life taught me a great deal, but I began to feel disconnected from the outcome. I knew how to research, position and persuade. What I could no longer ignore was the desire to use those skills in a way that made the world a little better.
As I reviewed the websites of therapists, coaches and other practitioners, I kept seeing work that could genuinely improve someone’s quality of life hidden behind vague, incomplete or difficult-to-trust messaging.
If I could bridge the gap between those practitioners and the people who needed them, the work would create value on both sides.
The first Site Lift
The idea for Site Lift began in 2025, but fear made the move from agency work to finding my own clients slower than I expected. I had never needed to do client outreach before. In March 2026, I finally began building the agency in earnest.
Meg Kirby became Site Lift’s first client. Learning about her pioneering work with horses, nature, somatic practice and other practitioners made me feel honoured to reshape how that expertise appeared online.
Her organisation served two very different audiences: people learning from her directly and practitioners seeking professional training. The strategic challenge was helping both audiences recognise their path without turning the homepage into confusion.
Seeing how happy Meg was with the result cemented the direction for me. Hearing later that the copy had made a difference confirmed that this was not simply work I could do. It was work I wanted to keep doing.
What we believe
Choosing therapy, coaching, consulting or a wellness product is often emotionally invested. Aggressive pressure can backfire, especially when the person making the decision is already overwhelmed. Ethical marketing creates clarity and trust without removing agency.
Site Lift will never lie, exaggerate or make an unsubstantiated claim merely to increase clicks. Specific, credible truth is more persuasive than inflated language.
Qualifications and services are not enough to capture a practitioner or founder. Brand calls help us understand how you think, speak and relate so the final message sounds recognisably like you.
Ethical persuasion lets one clear, honest step lead to the next. We help people understand the problem, the fit, the process and the decision without pushing them toward a choice that is not right for them.
How the work feels
We do not arrive with generic answers. We investigate the person, audience, market and decision until the message has somewhere solid to stand.
The brand call is not an interrogation. It is a thoughtful conversation designed to reveal your values, language, method and the details you may not realise are strategically important.
We study the people you serve, the language they recognise, the questions they carry and what may help them feel safe enough to take the next step.
We examine how credible alternatives position similar work, not to imitate them, but to understand the market and identify where your message must become clearer or more distinct.
Research, voice, positioning and conversion logic are mapped into a coherent message that respects your expertise and helps the right person make an informed decision.
The standard of care
Inviting someone into a practice or brand you have built is vulnerable. We accept work because we are capable of doing it and because we genuinely care about what it represents. You should understand the thinking, recognise yourself in the result and know that your work has been handled with care.
Results with a wider meaning
We want clients to see a measurable difference, not only feel that their website looks better. For homepage projects, we return after 60 days to review what happened after launch. For other services, the measurement plan changes with the relevant KPIs.
The wider goal is a world in which more people can find the mental health support, expertise and wellness products that help them live better lives. Sometimes that begins with stronger conversion. Sometimes it begins even earlier, by helping a practitioner or founder finally articulate what their work is really about.
Post-launch review for homepage projects, so the conversation continues beyond handoff.
Success is measured according to the service, journey and business outcome being improved.
